Welcome to the Step Up For Students online merchandise store. This website and online store are owned and operated by Renegades Sportswear Inc. (“Renegades Sportswear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting this website, placing an order, or otherwise using the services provided through this website (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Online Store

The Site provides customers with the opportunity to purchase custom-printed apparel and merchandise.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product at any time. Product availability, colors, designs, sizing, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors and designs. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors, mobile devices, garment materials, printing processes, and other factors.

2. Orders

By placing an order through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, pricing or product-description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. Custom-Printed Merchandise

Products sold through this Site are custom printed specifically for customer orders.

Because merchandise is produced specifically for each order, all sales are final except for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and other order details before completing checkout.

4. Bulk Pre-Order Window

Certain merchandise may initially be offered through a limited two-week bulk pre-order window.

Orders placed during this window are collected and produced together after the ordering period closes. Orders will not be individually processed and shipped as they are placed during the bulk ordering window.

Once the two-week ordering window closes, production and fulfillment will begin, and completed orders will be shipped according to the applicable fulfillment schedule.

Any estimated production or delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, production schedules, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For products purchased during a designated bulk pre-order window, please refer to the applicable ordering information regarding production and shipping timelines.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Merchandise

Because our merchandise is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective merchandise, including returns or exchanges resulting from incorrect size selection or a change of mind.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost.

Customers should contact us promptly and provide their order number, a description of the problem, and photographs showing the issue.

8. Product Sizing

Sizing may vary between manufacturers, garment styles, and products.

Where available, customers should review the applicable size chart before ordering. Measurements and size charts are provided as general guidance and do not constitute a guarantee of fit.

Because products are custom printed, an incorrect size selection does not qualify an item for a return or exchange.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Site, including graphics, photographs, product images, text, designs, logos, artwork, and other materials, is owned by or used with permission by Renegades Sportswear Inc. or the applicable rights holder.

Nothing on the Site grants users permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise use protected content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorized access to systems or information, or use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the Site.

The Site may also use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other business functions. Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to additional terms or privacy policies established by those providers.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed in connection with the Site and your purchases.

Except for obligations expressly stated in these Terms or otherwise required by law, Renegades Sportswear Inc. makes no warranties or representations regarding uninterrupted access to the Site or that the Site will always be free from errors or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renegades Sportswear Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renegades Sportswear Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactions conducted through the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
